Our Chef Angelo Salvadori and Domenico send to guests their love for quality products and culinary traditions that combine creativity, and offer new gastronomic discoveries and innovations. They use their art to delight our visitors with local products, fresh, healthy meals, because food is nourishment and life is care and welfare.

Every day an afternoon snack with homemade cakes and fresh fruits is provided at our bar from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
In the evening in our elegant restaurant a gourmet dinner of 4 courses, with fine appetizers, 4 first couses and 4 main courses, side dishes, fresh salad buffet and desserts to choose from. Everyday there is a traditional dish, and a light menu for children.
Once a week the kitchen's team pampers guests with a Gala Dinner by candlelight with local specialties.
We offer a buffet of sweet and salty, cold and warm corner bread, coffee, tea, milk, cereal, juice and homemade jams, fresh fruit juices, cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, ham and cheese omelettes, sausage and much more.
